We strive to make your stay as pleasant as possible and make every effort to make the infrastructure and everything else perfect so that you can go about your work. That is why we have clear rules that must be observed by everyone.
We reserve the right to evict you for not following the rules. This may be the case depending on the type of rule violation (such as drug sale, possession of drugs, inappropriate behavior, excessive drinking, sub-letting, visiting a "colleague, brother, friend, etc.", repeat violations, etc.). No usage or deposit will be refunded, this will be retained as compensation for expenses. Further cooperation is no longer possible in such cases.
General
As a tenant, you are self-employed and work on your own account. You are also responsible for any losses. If you don't agree with this, we advise you to work in a studio or club on a percentage basis.
- The night's rest begins at 10 p.m.
- There is absolute silence in front of the house, on the terrace and in the parking lot.
- 24-hour operation is permitted in the house.
- Vacuum cleaning or other noisy activities are prohibited between midnight and 07:00.
- With noise, music and phone calls, it is important that windows are closed during the day.
- Moderate alcohol consumption is permitted, drugs are strictly prohibited.
Rules for room use:
- Visits from friends, relatives, husbands or girlfriends are not permitted. (Not even «just briefly»)
- Candles are not allowed!
- Changes of any kind are only possible after prior agreement. (Rooms, lamps, doorbells, moving beds, hanging up pictures, etc.)
- Destroyed items, broken glasses, damaged plaster and torn curtains must be reported immediately. You have to bear the costs for this damage yourself
- It is forbidden to dye hair on the premises.
- Defective bulbs, blown fuses, faulty electronics, etc. will be replaced free of charge.
Male escort
Out of consideration for the other guests and women, we ask for your understanding that male escorts are not permitted.
Pets
Pets are generally not allowed in the apartments.
Cleaning and maintenance:
The tenant is responsible for cleaning the room, including the door, door frame and balcony, kitchen, bathroom and laundry. We only provide cleaning products, vacuum cleaners, brooms, buckets and washing machines!
- Cleaning products, sponges, cloths, detergent, toilet paper and bags for the bins are provided.
- It is not allowed to use the Javel water for cleaning.
- Tampons, pads, wet wipes, cotton swabs and condoms do not belong in the toilet.
- Please do not use fabric softener for the laundry.
- Daily airing is desired, window shutters should always be kept closed.
- For reasons of discretion, do not place towels, cigarette butts or rubbish on the window sill.
- It is forbidden to throw cigarette butts or other rubbish out of the window.
- If it rains, please keep the windows in the attics closed.
- Real flowers are to be avoided in the apartments.
Kitchen:
- Open the windows while cooking.
- After using the microwave oven, refrigerator, kettle and kettle, please clean everything thoroughly.
Smoking/Smoking room:
- Smoking is only allowed in smoking rooms or outdoors. Smoking on the balcony or terrace is also allowed.
- There is an absolute smoking ban in the rooms/apartments.
- Customers are allowed at the smoking location.
Garbage and rubbish
The rubbish bags can be disposed of in silver containers in front of the house. Normal toll-free bags can be used. Waste must be disposed of regularly.
Laundry room/washing machine/dryer:
Set an alarm when using, clean the devices immediately after the end of the program and release them for other tenants. The devices should be cleaned immediately after use.
